You can use My Choice to request a hold on your deliveries in a few different ways: 

• UPS can hold onto your package and deliver it once yur back in town.
• You can request UPS leave your pakcage with a neighbor. UPS can reroute your package to another address, in certain cases.
• You can request UPS hold onto your package for you to pick up at a UPS location.

International Orders: 

DHL may notify Consignee of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. Consignee may be offered alternative delivery options such as delivery on another day, no signature required, redirection or collection at a DHL Service Point.
