How Do I Change My Shipping Address? - Domestic Orders
Should you need to change your address after your order has been fulfilled and shipped from us, it is the customers responsibility to do so via UPS MyChoice. You can reroute or reschedule packages* online when you create a UPS.com profile and enable UPS My Choice.
How Do I Sign Up?
You can sign up for UPS My Choice® for free here View and Track All Shipments With UPS My Choice® | UPS - United States to view and manage your deliveries. Once enrolled, you’ll be able to request an address change or have packages held at a nearby UPS Access Point location.

Changing a delivery can be done in three easy steps:
1. Open Your Dashboard: Log into My Choice to view your dashboard.
2. Select Your Package: Click on “Delivery Options.” If you don’t see “Delivery Options,” that means the shipper has restricted this option*.
3. Follow the Prompts: Reroute your package to a different location or change the delivery date.
